Phase 1

Site Visit & Requirement Study

Our engineering team visits your plant to conduct a comprehensive assessment. We study the existing setup, cleaning challenges, space constraints, utility availability, environmental conditions, and safety requirements.

What We Assess

Plant layout & space, existing systems, utility connections (power, water, air), operating environment, safety zones, contaminant type & build-up patterns.

Deliverable

Site Assessment Report with photographs, measurements, layout sketches, and preliminary recommendations for system type, pressure, and flow requirements.

Phase 2

Requirement Analysis & Feasibility

Working closely with your operations and maintenance teams, we translate site findings into detailed technical requirements. We evaluate feasibility, assess technical risks, and develop a cost-benefit analysis to justify the investment.

Key Activities

Application analysis (contaminant, substrate, cleaning cycle), pressure & flow rate determination, pump selection (type, brand, capacity), feasibility study with ROI projections.

Deliverable

Technical Requirement Specification (TRS) document with recommended system configuration, bill of materials, and project cost estimate.

Phase 3

Engineering Design

Our design engineers create the complete system architecture — from conceptual layout to detailed engineering drawings. This includes hydraulic & pneumatic circuit design, piping layout, structural design, control system architecture, and safety enclosure planning.

Deliverable: GA drawings, P&ID diagrams, piping layout, electrical schematics, BOM — submitted for client/consultant approval.

Phase 4

Manufacturing & Assembly

Fabrication and assembly take place at our Chennai manufacturing plant. All components are built to detailed engineering specifications with rigorous quality checkpoints at every stage. CNC machining is outsourced to approved specialist vendors while final assembly, integration, and testing happen in-house.

In-House Capabilities

Fabrication (lathes, drilling, assembly lines), hydraulic pressure test benches (up to 60,000 psi), system integration, DG sets, compressors & power backup utilities.

Quality Assurance

In-house hydraulic pressure testing, outsourced burst test & ultrasonic thickness testing (NABL accredited labs), hardness & surface roughness testing.

Phase 5

Supply, Packing & Dispatch

Completed systems are packed for safe transportation to the client site. All documentation including test certificates, operation manuals, spare parts lists, and maintenance schedules are prepared and dispatched along with the equipment. We coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery aligned with the project schedule.

Phase 6

Erection & Installation

Our site engineers supervise the complete erection process — positioning, aligning, piping connections, electrical hookups, and integration with existing plant systems. We coordinate with your contractors and maintain daily progress reporting throughout the installation phase.

Phase 7

Commissioning, Testing & Handover

The system undergoes comprehensive testing and fine-tuning to ensure it meets all performance specifications. We run the complete cleaning cycle, verify pressures, flows, and safety systems, train your operators, and prepare preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules before formal project handover.

Testing & Validation

Full system functional test, pressure & flow validation, safety device verification, performance benchmarking against project specifications.

Handover Package

Operator training, maintenance schedule (preventive & breakdown), spare parts inventory plan, warranty documentation, AMC options.
