ARS Blasting Services Pvt. Ltd. is the services arm of ARS Hydrojet, offering industrial cleaning on a contract or day-rate basis — even to clients who haven't bought a system from us. ARS provides contract and day-basis high pressure water jet cleaning for heat exchangers, boiler tubes, paint shops, pipelines, reactors, cooling towers, and process equipment across steel, automotive, petrochemical, cement, and 15+ industries.
Do I need to buy a system to use ARS cleaning services?
No. ARS Blasting Services operates independently — we provide cleaning on contract or day-rate basis even to clients who haven't purchased any equipment from ARS Hydrojet. We bring our own high pressure systems and trained operators.
What industries do your blasting services cover?
Our HP blasting services cover 15+ sectors including iron & steel, automotive, petrochemical, cement, power & energy, food & beverage, pharma, chemicals, paper, rubber, marine, and municipal/sewage — each with tailored pressure and nozzle configurations.
What pressure range do you use for cleaning?
We deploy systems from 100 bar for light-duty cleaning to 2,500 bar for heavy-scale removal. Exact pressure is determined by the contaminant type, equipment material, and access constraints of your plant.
Can ARS provide ongoing AMC for cleaning services?
Yes. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) that include scheduled cleaning visits, preventive maintenance of your HP equipment, priority breakdown response, and genuine OEM spare parts supply.
Do you offer equipment rental along with cleaning services?
Yes. We offer short-term (daily/weekly/monthly), long-term (6 months to 5 years), project-based, and ,strong> lease-to-own rental options for HP water jetting equipment. Rental includes maintenance and technical support.
What is the difference between contract and day-rate
cleaning?
Contract cleaning is a fixed-scope agreement covering a defined set of equipment over a period. Day-rate is on-demand — you pay per day of service. Both include our equipment, operators, and consumables. We recommend contract for recurring needs.
Can you service pumps and equipment from other manufacturers?
Yes. We service, overhaul, and supply spares for HP pumps and systems from any manufacturer — including Hammelmann, Woma, Kamat, and others. We also develop import-substitute parts to customer drawings.
