If not removed efficiently before each rolling pass, it gets pressed into the surface — causing defects, poor finish, increased rejection rates, and downstream quality failures. Inconsistent descaling across the product width worsens the problem.

Core Technology

Direct Supply System

Pressure is piped directly from the pumps to the descaler — no accumulators or intermediate storage. The speed-dependent delivery volume and proportional pressure provide a real-time assessment of the entire system condition during operation. Any deviation in nominal pressure immediately indicates a malfunction or error, enabling instant response.

Smart Control

Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Operation

Individual pressure and flow application per product is possible through frequency converter operation. Products that don't require high impact or need less water can run at lower energy — only the energy that is actually needed is consumed. This reduces operating costs and extends component life.

Radial plunger or triplex plunger pumps at 300 Bar. VFD-controlled for variable pressure and displacement.

Stainless Steel Piping & Nozzle Beams

100% SS from pump outlet to nozzle exit. Water retains purity throughout — reduces wear on pumps, valves, nozzles and prevents nozzle clogging.

Nozzle Condition Monitoring

By monitoring the pressure/flow ratio, clogged, broken, or worn nozzles are detected immediately (25 bar change with a single clogged nozzle).
